Bicycle locks play the role of anti-theft bicycles. There are bicycle locks with different functions on the market. In the early stage of reform and opening up, many people called for strengthening the safety of bicycle locks.
The anti-theft lock is composed of a lock head, an inner lock seat, and a plunger. The lock head and the inner lock seat are fixed on both sides of the horizontal rod of the bicycle rear wheel frame by screws and connecting devices. The plunger passes through the rear wheel, the inner lock seat, and is fixed. On the lock head, the inner lock seat is provided with a through hole with a necking in the middle perpendicular to the inserting rod. On both sides of the necking, a lock pin that can be inserted between the teeth of the flywheel and covered with a spring is inserted into the lock pin. The over neck is hinged with the pull pin rod, and the lock pin is provided with a cutout that can be engaged with the insert rod. When in use, one end of the lock pin is pushed into the teeth of the flywheel by a spring, and then the plunger is inserted into the lock head to lock, the flywheel and the wheel cannot be rotated.
Introduction and usage of common bicycle locks:
Fixed lock
When buying a bicycle, a lock is usually installed. This self-equipped bicycle lock has a very simple structure and is fixed on the car. Even without a key, it can be opened in a few clicks, and even the entire lock is easy to remove.
How to use: plug in the key and rotate it once and take out the key
Steel cable lock (soft lock)
Generally speaking, the soft lock is the steel cable lock, and its main function is to assist the fixed lock. If you have to park your bicycle on the side of the road, this kind of lock can lock the bicycle with some fixed objects on the side of the road, such as big trees, lamp posts, telephone poles, etc. The structure of the lock head of the soft lock is a little more complicated than that of the fixed lock, and most of them are cross lock cores. On the surface, it is strong, flexible and convenient to use, but for a thief, there is no lock that is easier to break than this kind of lock. No matter how thick the steel cable looks, it can be easily cut with special shears.
How to use: Lock the rear triangle and wheels of the frame to a fixed object.
U lock
U-shaped lock is not as flexible and convenient as a soft lock, but its firmness is much higher than that of a soft lock. The material of the U-shaped part is steel, and the mechanism of the lock is more complicated than that of the fixed lock.
How to use: Lock the rear triangle and wheels of the frame to a fixed object.
Disc lock
Advantages: The lock is small and easy to carry. Disadvantages: The disc lock is only locked on the disc.
How to use: Lock on the disc to lock the wheels and the car.
