1. Pull back and fold the handle, and unfold the T-shaped tube upward
2. Expand the handle to make sure the card pin is in place
3. Pull up the T-tube to confirm that the boil is out
4. Turn on the power switch to adjust the appropriate gear
5. Tighten the lock nut
6. Turn off the power switch
7. Loosen the lock nut
8. Pull back to fold the handle, the T-shaped tube folds down
9. Push the clasp inward, make sure that the card pin exits, fold it down
10. Press the jumping bead and adjust the T-tube downward
